Good to know

How does payment work?: Paid plans are charged once, by card, through our secure payment provider. You are redirected to the provider to pay and brought back to your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed. Free plans are activated immediately.
How do renewals work?: Memberships run for the duration shown on the plan and do not renew automatically. We remind you by email before your membership ends; renewing from your dashboard adds a new period to the end of your current one, so no time is lost.
Will I get an invoice or receipt?: Yes. Every successful payment produces a numbered receipt that you can download as a PDF from the Payments section of My Membership at any time.
